Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with FedEx Home Delivery - please allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery, depending on location. 

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all US Orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday during business hours (9am-5pm EST). Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed outside of business hours will not be processed until the next day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order.

Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request. Please contact us at info@soundfloats.com.
